Payment

In order to confirm the reservation, credit card details will need to be provided. These details will remain on file, unprocessed* until either check in or cancellation where a charge may be incurred. *A card verification process may be done to confirm card details are correct, this will appear on your online statement for 5-7 working days and then will be removed as transaction will not be processed. Where a guest has no credit card facilities, a non-refundable deposit equal to the first nights stay will need to be received prior to confirmation of reservation.

Cancellation

If booking is cancelled/amended within 48 hours of arrival date, the total cost of the booking will be charged. If booking is cancelled or amended 3 days or more prior to stay there will be no charge. A No Show will incur the total cost of the booking. **ALL CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AT MANAGERS DISCRETION**

Minimum Stay

The standard minimum stay at the property is one night. However, during periods of high demand, including public holidays, long weekends, and special events, a minimum stay of two nights may be required. These conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and will apply to ensure availability is managed fairly for all guests.

Housekeeping

Daily housekeeping is provided as part of your stay. Our housekeeping team will service your room each day unless a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign is displayed on your door. If the sign is displayed, our team will respect your privacy and skip that day’s service. Please note that housekeeping typically takes place between 9:00am and 1:00pm, and we are unable to return to service the room later in the day if access is not permitted during this time. If you require fresh towels or amenities, please contact Reception.

Guest rooms

All of our room types—Executive Studios, One-Bedroom Units, and Two-Bedroom Units—are designed for comfort and convenience. Each room includes a private bathroom, radiator heating, air conditioning, and underfloor heating in both the kitchen and bathroom areas. Executive Studios and One-Bedroom Units feature well-equipped kitchenettes, while our Two-Bedroom Units offer a full kitchen for added flexibility during your stay.

Child

If infant is traveling with own portacot, then there will be no charge. Portacot hire is $10.00, upon request. If child sleeps in rollaway bed then child will be charged at extra person’s rate. Infants are 0-1 years of age. Extra guest is 1 years of age and over.

Check In

Reception is open 24 hours a day to help guests with enquiries. I accept responsibility for the contents of my room and it’s security. I am prepared to pay for any damages or missing items once I have checked out. I will not tamper with any fire or security systems and I know that all buildings are SMOKE FREE. I know that NO PETS are allowed inside the rooms. I will keep NOISE to a minimum, especially between 9:00pm and 8:00am. All information I have provided is correct, including the correct number of people accompanying me. I know CHECK OUT TIME IS 10:00am. FAILURE TO COMPLY TO ANY OF THESE STATEMENTS MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL CHARGES AND YOU MAY ALSO BE ASKED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT REFUND. Continental Breakfast is available $20 per person.
