Car Parking : The complex contains ample safe and secure parking areas and can accommodate boats, trailers – even buses!

E-bikes: E-Bikes cannot be stored inside any of our motel units. They present a very real threat of exploding and subsequent damage to our property.

Payment Policy : In order to confirm the reservation, credit card details will need to be provided. These details will remain on file, unprocessed* until either check in or cancellation where a charge may be incurred. *A card verification process may to done to confirm card details are correct, this will appear on your online statement for 5-7 working days and then will be removed as transaction will not be processed.

Where a guest has no credit card facilities, a non-refundable deposit equal to the first nights stay will need to be received prior to confirmation of reservation.

Cancellation Policy : If booking is cancelled or amended within 48 hours of arrival date, the first night’s tariff will be charged. If booking is cancelled or amended 3 days or more prior to stay there will be no charge. A No Show will incur the total cost of the booking. **ALL CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AT MANAGERS DISCRETION**

Child Policy : If an infant is travelling with own portacot, then there will be no charge. Portacot hire is $10 per night, upon request. If child sleeps in bed/rollaway then child will be charged at extra persons rate.
