Car Parking: The complex contains ample safe and secure parking areas and can accommodate boats, trailers – even buses!

E-bikes: E-Bikes cannot be stored inside any of our motel units. They present a very real threat of exploding and subsequent damage to our property.

Payment Policy :  In order to confirm the reservation, credit card details will need to be provided. These details will remain on file, unprocessed* until either check in or cancellation where a charge may be incurred. *A card verification process may to done to confirm card details are correct, this will appear on your online statement for 5-7 working days and then will be removed as transaction will not be processed. Where a guest has no credit card facilities, a non-refundable deposit equal to the first nights stay will need to be received prior to confirmation of reservation.

Cancellation Policy : Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (New Zealand time). If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival (New Zealand time), the full price of the booking will be charged. In the case of a No-Show, the total cost of the booking will be charged. All cancellation charges are at the manager’s discretion.

Child Policy : Infants (under 1 year old) staying with their own portacot will not be charged. Portacot hire is available upon request at a rate of $10 per night.  All children aged 1 year and above are considered guests and will be charged $50 per person, per night.
